Founder & CEO

Barbara Stinnett is a global leader with executive experience at Fortune 50 companies, such as HP, Oracle, and Cisco, as well as with mid-cap firms and startups. She founded Timmaron Group in 2008 to assist businesses in using technology for strategic growth. Throughout her career, she has successfully led multibillion-dollar operations and guided mid-cap software firms through profitable exits. Barb serves on multiple corporate and nonprofit boards, and is an investor in early-stage funds supporting women-led tech startups. She is deeply involved in mentorship, community organizations, and entrepreneurial efforts, with a passion for healthcare, education, and sustainable food solutions, and has contributed to various nonprofit boards such as AidMatrix, SMILE Network, and the Bakken Museum.

Deborah Nelson

Managing Partner

Deborah Nelson is an experienced technology executive with a background in business strategy, marketing, branding, product management, and sales. With extensive experience in high-tech industries, she has led large global teams and driven key business initiatives. At HP, she served as SVP in the enterprise division, focusing on sales leadership, revenue growth, and rebuilding HP's reputation with key clients. Her career also includes global marketing roles and partnerships. Deborah holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and is involved in advising startups and serving on nonprofit boards. She resides in Saratoga, California.

Nancy Eberhard, RN, BSN, CMCN, CHC, is a healthcare leader with extensive experience in compliance, utilization, and care management. She has served as Corporate Compliance Officer at Evicore and is skilled in developing strategic, cost-effective solutions that meet clinical, financial, and regulatory requirements. Certified in healthcare compliance and managed care, she has designed programs for quality improvement and business development. A nursing graduate from DePaul University, Nancy is active in outreach in her home community and enjoys traveling across the U.S. and Europe.

Chief Technology Officer

Ravi Balwada is a technology leader and entrepreneur with expertise in digital disruption, SaaS, cloud-based solutions, and business transformation. He has led innovative startups such as Instacare and Style Squad, focusing on IoT, machine learning, and on-demand services. As a Venture Partner at the Carlyle Group, Ravi shaped technology investment strategies for its Asia Venture Fund. He has held leadership roles at Amazon and Best Buy, managing growth and product development. Ravi is actively involved in advising startups and serves on the board of the Ordway Center for Performing Arts.

Song Lo

Partner & General Counsel

Song Lo, General Counsel at Timmaron Group, has more than 20 years of experience advising companies on corporate investments, contracts, and development. She specializes in corporate organization, mergers, acquisitions, and employment law, working with firms from startups to Fortune 500 companies. In addition, she collaborates with investment firms on the vetting and purchasing of their portfolios. Song assists with shareholder stock transfers, company restructuring, and compliance. A graduate of St. Olaf College and the University of Minnesota Law School, she is actively involved in a wide variety of community organizations.

John Whitington

Chief Information Officer

John Whitington has more than 30 years of experience in technology, healthcare, and service industries, with a focus on rural communities. He excels at integrating people, processes, and technology for operational excellence. As a former CIO of South Country Health Alliance and Director of IT at Midwest Wireless, John has driven efficiencies through innovative infrastructures. He is a national thought leader in health information exchanges and rural care. John holds a BA in Management Information Systems from Augsburg College and is actively involved in community and professional organizations like HIMSS and CHIME.

Logan Langer

Chief of Staff

Logan Langer is the Chief of Staff of Timmaron Group, where he is responsible for assisting with company strategy including commercialization of product, marketing and communications, business development, and AI architectures. His interests span business, entrepreneurship, marketing, AI, medtech, venture capital, and real estate. He is from the Twin Cities of Minnesota, is a graduate of Breck School, and is now an engineering student at Purdue University.
