At Timmaron Group, we’ve been providing AI expertise to our clients for many years. So, we obviously follow and attend major industry events. What is being called “the world’s largest data, analytics and AI conference” is taking place June 15-18, 2026, in San Francisco. Sponsored by Databricks, it’s called the Data + AI Summit.
As you likely know, Databricks is a leading AI firm that provides a unified platform for data, analytics, and artificial intelligence, helping organizations manage massive datasets, develop AI models, and accelerate business insights.
At the event, more than 30,000 data and AI professionals are expected to gather in person at the Moscone Center, with tens of thousands more joining virtually — together representing 150+ countries. Attendees will explore the latest breakthroughs in data and AI and get a first look at Databricks’ newest product innovations.
Attendees will hear keynotes from the Databricks cofounders, alongside guest speakers including Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella and Greg Brockman, President, Chairman, and cofounder of OpenAI. Plus the event features more than 800 technical sessions, training, and networking. The Virtual Experience (which is free) runs June 16–17 and allows participants to tune in to keynotes and select sessions online.
Databricks says the Summit is designed for the “full spectrum of data and AI builders, from data engineers and data scientists to ML engineers, analysts, app developers and technology leaders.”
The event will showcase how organizations across industries are using Databricks to build and scale data and AI. That will include real-world customer use cases from customers such as AstraZeneca, Fox Corporation, lululemon, Mercedes-Benz, Nasdaq, Novo Nordisk, OpenAI, PepsiCo, Princeton University, Rivian, Virgin Atlantic, Warner Music Group, and Zillow. The event includes industry tracks across 10+ sectors spanning consumer industries, cybersecurity, energy and utilities, financial services, healthcare and life sciences, manufacturing and transportation, marketing, media and entertainment, public sector, startups, tech, and telecommunications.
