BARB STINNETT

Barb brings a unique blend of global leadership experience spanning executive positions in the Fortune 50 to mid- cap companies and startups. She has a customer centric view and experience in all segments, across multiple industries and spanning enterprise and consumer organizations.

Strengths

Barb has created, led, and managed multibillion dollar high tech businesses for HP, Sybase, Oracle and Cisco, as well, restructured, pivoted and grew two midcap software firms through profitable, successful exits, in both public and private equity structures. She is able to identify customer business needs and communicate offerings in a specific industry’s language, has a proven track record consistently bringing growth and profitability to each assignment and a deep rolodex of global C level contacts across customers, partners, distributors, ISV partners, SI’s and Service Providers.

Experience

She founded Timmaron Group in 2008, based on her passion to work with companies to address their strategic desires by applying technologies to be the best they can be. She has also served as Chairman & CEO of SumTotal Systems, Chief Customer Officer and EVP for i2 Technologies, EVP & Chief Client Officer, The Thomas Group, VP for Service Provider Partners at Cisco, VP for professional services at SAP, COO and SVP at Silicon Graphics, and served over 20 years at HP in leadership roles in customer revenue and business unit general management positions.

Barb is a Fellow for the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), and has served on public, private and nonprofit organizations throughout her career. Her roles have been as Executive Chairman, Nomination & Governance, Compensation and Strategy chairs, and independent director. She has served American Multiplexer Corporation, Sum Total Systems, Altus 365, and the Bill Norris Foundation, a technology fund for emerging technologies. She is also experienced in early stage funds, creating and being a managing partner in the Sofia Fund, an early stage fund focused on women led technology companies. Barb graduated from University of Wisconsin with degrees in Computer Science and International Business.

Involvement

Barb is very involved in community organizations such as leading the Chief Executive Council of Silicon Valley, mentor at YCombinator, HealthRock, and Minnesota Emerging Software Advisory (MESA), and donates her time for entrepreneurial efforts, such as the Minnesota Cup, Fowler Cup, and Hack-a-Thon activities.

Barb’s passions are around cultures, languages, music and finding new ways to solve complex problems in healthcare, education, and healthier, sustainable food sources. She channels these passions in the non-profit boards she serves on, such as AidMatrix, SMILE Network, DARTS, and Resource Area for Teaching (RAFT).

She is a master gardener, enjoys being with family and friends, and is mother to a very pampered Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever.

DEB NELSON

Deb brings a broad business strategy, marketing, branding, product management, business development and sales background from her career in high tech.

Strengths

Deb’s strengths include how to create and operationalize a winning business strategy, understanding all things go-to-market, a deep expertise in positioning, branding and communications, and what it takes to build a successful field sales program.

Having lead large global teams, she has driven complex change management initiatives, knows how to coach executives at all levels in an organization and the importance of and how to foster a strong culture.

Experience

Her executive experience spans software, services and hardware businesses, enterprise, SMB and consumer segments, direct and indirect sales, and business development in the Americas, Europe and globally.

As SVP in HP’s enterprise business, Deb ran pan HP sales leadership programs working across all divisions driving key business initiatives to improve revenue growth, developing sales incentive and coaching programs, and leveraging the broad portfolio to rebuild HP’s partnership and innovation reputation with their largest clients.

Previously she ran Enterprise Marketing covering HP’s services, software, servers, storage, and networking. Earlier roles included leading global marketing for HP’s personal computers, technical workstations, handheld products, and mobile and wireless solution, running enterprise partners and alliances for North America and globally, and various product management, marketing communications, market research and sales development positions.

Deb has been honored several times including by HP’s User Group and the Frost and Sullivan Lifetime Achievement Award. She holds a BS from Northwestern University in Industrial Engineering and Management Science.

Involvement

Deb is a board member of iCrimefighters and past board member for Canopy. She is active in advising startups and a member of Gopher Angels. In addition, Deb is serving on two non-profit boards, Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties and on Resource Area for Teaching (RAFT).

She resides in Saratoga, California, with her husband and two spoiled dogs. She has two sons and a rapidly expanding family. Deb enjoys gardening, biking, yoga, family time and making stuff.

NANCY EBERHARD

Nancy Eberhard, RN, BSN, CMCN, CHC brings a wealth of leadership experience across medical compliance, utilization management, and care management to the Timmaron Group.

Nancy most recently was the Corporate Compliance Officer and Privacy Officer for Evicore, a national radiation benefit management company. Her background spans compliance program design, P4P design and care coaching, quality program development, electronic health record development, and strategic business and partnership development. She is a former three term board member of the American Association of Managed Care Nurses and certified in both Healthcare Compliance and as a Managed Care Nurse. Nancy received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from DePauw University and Nurse Examiner credentials from Purdue University.

Ravi founded Instacare, an innovative startup using community networks, IoT & machine learning for bridging the chasm in Senior Care; Style Squad the fastest growing platform for on-demand beauty services and GTMG a Cloud Data Analytics firm based in Zhongguancun, China. Ravi has been a growth catalyst and Venture Partner in the Carlyle Group, where he led the technology investment strategy for its very successful Asia Venture Fund.

Ravi has successfully led multi-cultural teams in demanding, technically advanced environments in large corporations as well as venture backed startups. He is well versed in all aspects of brining innovative digital products to market, building highly automated technology operations and driving hyper-growth. Having built some of the most successful SaaS solutions, Ravi is an expert in SaaS Product development, SaaS go-to-market, subscription economics and SaaS adoption. He has managed design, engineering and growth for two of the world’s top ten e-commerce businesses, Amazon.com and Best Buy.com.

Experience

Ravi has over 20 years of experience leading high performance teams in Digital Marketing, Technology Sales, Software Engineering, & Cloud Operations. Ravi has held leadership positions at Amazon.com, Oracle Cloud, BMC Software and several venture & private equity backed companies, including Dorado (CoreLogic) & SumTotal. In addition to technology leadership roles, Ravi has served as VP with the Carlyle Group as a Venture Partner and as GM for BMC’s SaaS business.
Ravi has served as Vice President for Digital Engineering, Innovation Labs & Operations at Best Buy. Ravi moved to Minneapolis from Silicon Valley in 2016. Prior to Best Buy, Ravi was SVP for SaaS at Act-On Software, a leader in Marketing Automation. Ravi joined Act-On after the successful acquisition of BMC Software by Bain Capital. Ravi was SVP for Cloud at Dorado, a leading Mortgage Loan origination platform. Dorado was acquired by Corelogic in 2010. In previous roles Ravi led Data Engineering and Operations as Director at Amazon.com, Global Cloud Operations & Cloud Engineering at Oracle On-Demand. Ravi has built & managed amazing teams from 50 to 1000 staff, across North America, Europe, China, India, Egypt & Chile.

Song brings in depth experience as general counsel to Timmaron Group. For over 20 years, she has advised both companies and individuals in the areas of corporate investments, development and contracts across multiple markets.

Strengths

Song has extensive experience in understanding how the law impacts companies wherever they might be in their age and stage. Important to our investor and entrepreneur efforts, she has advised in the acquisition and transfer of shareholder stocks and assisted in the restructuring of
private companies.

Her specific areas of expertise are in corporate organization, mergers and acquisitions, employment and investments. She has experience in working with early stage to Fortune 500 companies, at the local and global levels.

Experience

Song has been a strategic advisor to clients, ensuring their protection and compliance while they experience growth. Her advisement to companies on areas of finance and organizational structure are sought out nationally.

In addition, she collaborates with investment firms on the vetting and purchasing of their portfolios. Song is deeply committed to governmental work at the community, county, state and federal level. Her special interest surrounds work with the Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity commitments for various public and private companies. Song is a graduate of St. Olaf College and the University of MN Law School.

JOHN WHITINGTON

John has over 30 years of experience in the technology, healthcare and service provider industries, focusing on rural communities. He has a proven track record of bringing people, process and technology together to achieve operational excellence. As a strong catalyst for change and innovator, he is passionate about assisting organizations to create their competitive advantage.

With his leadership as CIO for one of Minnesota’s managed care organizations and his participation in the eHealth Advisory Committee for the State of Minnesota, John is considered a national thought leader for rural community care and total population management. Through his career of designing, building, implementing and operating HIEs, he has a unique appreciation for health information exchanges and their value to communities they serve.

Prior to joining Timmaron Group, John served as CIO at South Country Health Alliance, and Director of Information Technology at Midwest Wireless. He was instrumental in creating and implementing the necessary organizational and technology infrastructures to increase operational efficiencies and effectiveness in the companies that he feels fortunate enough to have served.

John holds a Bachelor of Arts from Augsburg College in Management Information Systems.

Involvement

John is passionate about making lasting connections between technology and healthcare together, which is reflected in his involvement with the College of Health Information Management Executives (CHIME), Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and the Minnesota eHealth Advisory Committee.

His commitment to community and his family are unwavering as he dedicates time and energy to his local Economic Development Authority, Boy Scouts of America, Mankato Basketball Association and the Mankato Booster Club. John and his wife are proud parents of three beautiful children.
